Manifesting Steps

  1. I began to research, delving into the world of manifesting love and exploring the intricate relationship between our deeply personal beliefs and the universe’s response.
  2. It soon became evident that our limiting beliefs, often shaped by past relationships or childhood traumas, can genuinely hinder us from finding our ideal partner.
  3. Could it be that my internal beliefs and lingering negative feelings were blocking me from the romantic relationship I longed for?
  4. Determined to understand the complex art of attracting love, I dedicated my time and energy to learning. I read books, attended workshops, consulted a manifestation coach, and even saw a trauma psychotherapist.
  5. Each step revealed layers of insight, from the importance of self-reflection and the power of positive affirmations to the essential practice of self-love.
  6. It became clear: manifesting true love wasn’t about finding a specific person but rather preparing myself mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to welcome an ideal relationship into my life.
  7. So, I began to practice. With each love manifestation ritual, I felt a shift, as if I were aligning the universe’s energies in my favor.
  8. I cleared out old energies, forged new beliefs, and diligently applied manifestation techniques. My mission was not to create an illusion of wealth or a fairy-tale ending but to craft a tangible reality where I was aligned with my soulmate, my ideal partner, and my life partner.
  9. Through this journey, I learned a vital lesson: to attract love, one must believe they truly deserve it.
  10. This meant looking beyond potential partners or the perfect match and understanding that the right person would be a reflection of the love I had for myself. The realization was profound: our belief systems, positive energy, and self-worth form the foundation for every relationship.

Limiting Beliefs that are hidden:

Before you can overcome the hidden beliefs, it’s essential to identify these beliefs. Self-reflection is a powerful tool for manifesting. Make it a habit to write down any negative or self-doubting thoughts you have about love, relationships, your views on relationships, and your views on what you deserve and don’t deserve and why. Recognizing the thoughts that emanate from your beliefs is the first important step, and it requires a strong belief in yourself. Be sure to recognize your beliefs you have about relationships.

The origin of beliefs:

What are the origins of these beliefs? Maybe it is a remark from a parent or lover, a conversation with a worker or friend that left you unsettled, expectations form peers or society, or something said to you in your childhood. Often the childhood messages from those close to us impact our beliefs much heavier than we ever expect. Uncovering these beliefs can truly impact your life. 

When you uncover the source of each belief, you will begin to understand these beliefs that are not the truths about your life that you thought at that time. Your beliefs are just opinions and viewpoints shaped by these past experiences in whatever impact they were delivered. Propagating and embracing self-love, truly believing in yourself, will help you release and the limiting beliefs and reshape the beliefs on your current views and desires.  You must replace the beliefs of your past with your present beliefs to succeed in your quest.

Reframing

This is where your transformation really begins.  Reframing the old beliefs into your current beliefs is a key to creating your desires. This will support your efforts to change the way you have been feeling. Simply replacing the old beliefs with the new beliefs   

Visualization

Visualization has been used effectively for eons with the successes teaching new beliefs.  This technique helps you see life absent of the past beliefs and with your new replaced beliefs.  You can visualize your life with your genuine desires that align with your highest good and supported by gratitude.  I have a hand carved sign in my home from 2020 when Gratitude became clear to me.

Patience

Patience is a virtue as it is the immediacy of todays expectations that can hurt you.  Changing your beliefs typically takes some time, although some may occur rather quickly.  Change is your friend and not to be feared.  Visualize your desired result and believe you will succeed.  Patience, belief and visualization will help create your future.
